• Resolution on the submittal of the City’s application for the HOME Investment Partnership Program Fund to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).

• City of Beeville Municipal Court Policy Manual.

• Request submitted by Laura Warnix, Elections Administrator, to utilize the John C. Fulghum Beeville Event Center to host the General Election on November 5, 2024.

• Contract for Election Services between the City of Beeville and the Bee County Election Administration for the Special Election on November 5, 2024.

• Order of a Special Election for Ward 5 on November 5, 2024.

• Resolution amending Resolution No. 2024-3: The City of Beeville Investment Policy and Strategy, declaring that the City Council has completed its review of the investment policy and strategies.

• City of Beeville Quarterly Financial Report.
