Records Division

The primary function of the Records Division is storage, retention, destruction, and retrieval of both electronic and manual records. To contact records, call 361-358-8100 or send email to records@beevillepd.org. The Records Division's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

The Records Division provides essential support services to the patrol and investigative divisions, the general public, and other criminal justice agencies. Divisional responsibilities include open record requests, state-mandated crash reporting, Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR), alarm permitting, inter-governmental agency requests, clearance letters, subpoenas, and public fingerprinting services. The Records Division is also responsible for the management and coordination of all police records in accordance with state retention guidelines, expunctions, and court-ordered sealings.
